Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training

Study with ACE's well respected industry and workplace training specialists to attain the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, or a statement of attainment for the modules completed. Delivered in 3 sections, the course gives participants the flexibility to complete modules at their own pace, or in a combination that best suits their needs.

Section 1 - Deliver Training

Train Small Groups (BSZ404A) and Deliver Training Sessions (BSZ407A)

Develop and deliver creative training presentations and programs in the workplace.

Section 2 - Assessment

Plan (BSZ401A), Conduct (BSZ402A) and Review Assessment (BSZ403A)

Plan, Conduct and review assessment by exploring practical and useable assessment models.

Section 3 - Plan Training

Plan and Promote (BSZ405A), Plan a Series (BSZ406A) and Review Training (BSZ408A)

Design and conduct effective training needs analysis, plan and promote, plan a series of training sessions and review training.
